Shelter Incorporation's portable wooden cabins are popularly known as Porta-Cabins. Each of its wide ranges of models is meticulously designed and made up of anti-termite, pre-treated, quality timber. They are attractive in design, economical to maintain, dependable and durable.
Porta Cabins arrive on-site in a dismantled condition and can be easily installed by semi-skilled laborers without the use of a crane,within hours.

Flooring: 4" x 2" pinewood members used for platform framework, on which 16mm Marineply is mounted. Bottom of the platform is protected with Bitaminouse waterproofing coating.
Walls: 3" x 1.5" pinewood used for side wall framework and cladded with marine ply/Ecoboard.
Roof: Aluminum sheeting mounted on pinewood framework on outer side. Internally mounted with marine ply.
Doors: Doors (Wooden) : Size 6' x 2.5' (can also be customized)
Windows: size 3' x 3' M.S.fabricated (Aluminum sliding windows optional) Windows and doors are provided with standard fittings.
Finish: Interior and exterior walls are finished with one coat of wood primer and putty and two coats od synthetic enamel paint.
Mounting: Mounted on 8" x 6" x 4" cement blocks foundation or castor wheels.

Delivery: Standard sizes available ex-stock or latest within 8-10 days.
Transportation: By truck, Octroi and transportation charges as per actuals.
Payment Terms: 70% advance, balance against delivery and assembly.
